Print Driver Installation

Please proceed to the IT Service Desk in D709 (hatch) for help on installing the new printer drivers.

How Do I Print / Copy?

Once you have installed the driver and PaperCut client on your laptop, you will need to log in to it using your WISDOM username and password (birthday YYMMDD by default)

1. Make sure the PaperCut client is running on your laptop and that you're logged in

2. Send a print job to Student_Printing

3. You will be notified that your print job was sent to a queue

4. Proceed to any of the Printers around school

5. Tap your card on the card reader located to the right side of the panel

6. Select Print Release on the menu

7. You may choose to select all or individual documents on the release queue

8. Press start to begin printing

Copying is similar, go to Copy instead of Print Release.

1. Place documents you want to copy face up on the top auto feeder or face down on the scanning bed

2. Press start to begin copying

Two methods of authentication on the printer/copier

1. Student Smart Card

2. WISDOM username and password (birthday YYMMDD by default)

Send a print job, see your balance on the client

Please note that students must select Student_Printing.
